Finish setup with the launch checklist

Setting up a new tool can feel like a scavenger hunt. The launch checklist tells you exactly what's left, tailored to what you're actually trying to do with Quackback.

Pick your goal

During onboarding, you choose what you're primarily using Quackback for. This determines which checklist tasks you see.

Note:
Changed your mind? Click Change goal on the getting started page (Admin → Getting started) to pick a different outcome. Your checklist updates immediately.

Work through your tasks

Tasks are grouped into three categories:

• Set up the essentials - the prerequisites you need to get real value from Quackback, like creating a board or installing the widget.
• Make it yours - polish tasks like adding your logo or connecting an integration.
• Next milestone - the first-win task that proves setup worked, like receiving your first post or conversation. It completes automatically when the milestone happens - there's nothing to check off by hand.

Skip a task

Not every task applies to you right now.

• Essentials show Do later, which moves them out of the way without losing them. Click Move up to bring one back.
• Polish tasks show Skip. Click Add back to restore a skipped task.
• The milestone task can't be skipped - it completes on its own when it happens.
