Get help from support
Start a chat, file a ticket, and track progress until your request is resolved.
Get help however works for you right now: chat live for a quick question, or file a ticket for anything that needs more than one reply.
Start a chat
Click the Messenger launcher wherever it appears on the site, then send your message. A teammate (or Quinn, an AI agent that can often answer right away) replies in the same window. Close the widget and come back later; your conversation is still there.
Tip:
If Quinn can't fully answer your question, it hands the conversation to a person on the team instead of guessing.
File a ticket
Go to your organization's support area, typically at /support on their portal, and click New ticket. Give it a subject and describe what you need. Your ticket is created and you can track it from the same page.
Track progress
Every ticket shows one of four stages:
- Received: your ticket has been filed
- In progress: your team is actively working on it
- Awaiting your reply: they're waiting to hear back from you
- Resolved: your request is done
Note:
The stage is the only status label you'll see. Your team may track more detailed internal statuses behind the scenes, but the stage is what tells you where things actually stand.
Reply by email
If you'd rather not open the portal, reply directly to a notification email. Your reply threads into the same conversation, so nothing is lost switching between email and the portal.
Next steps
- Submit feedback: for ideas and feature requests instead of support issues
- Follow service status: check for a known outage before filing a ticket
